We Share Our Services is a mentoring program to help new clerks settle into their jobs. New clerks are paired with an experienced clerk in a jurisdiction that is similar in size, range of duties and proximity who can provide moral support and encouragement as well as guidance with agenda, minutes, ordinances and resolutions and other technical aspects of the position.
